Thusong Centres and Thusong Mobiles are hubs where a basket of government services are available. Thusong Centres and Mobiles essentially bring government services to communities often located in remote areas.
Thusong Mobiles
Thusong Mobiles provide government services on the go and visit specific areas for a day or two where services can be accessed by communities. Details of when Thusong Mobiles are visiting an area will be made available by the local municipality before the scheduled date. The Municipality also manages the Cape Access Centre as part of the Thusong programme. The Access Centres in Prince Albert is situated at Toegangspad in North End, while the Access Centres in Leeu Gamka and Klaarstroom are at the municipal offices. These Access Centres offers free internet, training facilities and business centres.

SARS staff visits the Thusong Centre from time to time.SARS can be contacted on tel 023-414 8600.

PADS provides free veterinarian services and support for small animals to the communities in Prince Albert.
