Notice is hereby given in terms of the Municipal Systems Act 32 of 2000, 12 (3) (b) and National Environmental Management: Waste Act 59 of 2008, 9 (5). Prince Albert Local Municipality has passed a Waste Management By-Law to give effect to the Constitution of the Republic of South Africa Schedule 5, Part B and National Environmental Management: Waste Act 59 of 2008, 9 (1).

Notice is hereby given in terms of Section 49(1) of the Local Government Property Rates Act 2004, Act 6 of 2004, herein after called the “Act” that the General Valuation Roll 2017 - 2022 is open for inspection at the Municipal Offices of Prince Albert Municipality in Klaarstroom, Leeu Gamka and Prince Albert from 24 March 2017 to 28 April 2017. Objections on the prescribed forms must be submitted to Shirley Windvool at Church Street Prince Albert on or before 28 April 2017. Notice is hereby given that the Executive Mayor has considered and approved the 2025/2026 Service Delivery and Budget Implementation Plan (SDBIP) in terms of Section 53(1)(c)(ii) of the Local Government: Municipal Finance Management Act, No. 56 of 2003.
