Prince Albert Municipality is awaiting tenders as per tender invitation 117 of 2017 for the upgrading of raw ater storage unites to the town of Prince Albert.
A compulsory clarification meeting with representatives of the Employer and the Engineer will be conducted at the Technical Services Department, Prince Albert Municipality, 33 Church Street, Prince Albert on Tuesday 17 October 2017 @ 11h00. Only individuals who are able to comprehend the contractual implications of the works and tender document shall attend. All partners if a joint venture must attend this compulsory meeting.
Tender documents will be made available at the Prince Albert Municipality on the day of the clarification meeting or can be obtained at Element Consulting Engineers, 82 Victoria Street, George from Friday 6 October 2017. A nonrefundable tender fee of R400.00 (including VAT) per document, payable in cash or bank guaranteed cheque made out in favor of the Prince Albert Municipality ABSA Bank, Account no 2640560064 Reference: CONTRACT NO.:
117/2017). Documents will only be handed to prospective bidders who produce a receipt or proof of EFT for the payment of the tender document. Electronic copies of the document can also be downloaded free from the Prince Albert Municipal website at https://www.pamun.gov.za
