Notice is hereby given that the Adjustments Budget for 2023/2024 was approved by Council during a Special Council Meeting on 06 December 2023, in terms of Section (28)(2)(b) of the Local Government: Municipal Finance Management Act, 2003 (Act No. 56 of 2003) and Section 23(2) of the Municipal Budget and Reporting Regulations. The budget is hereby made public in terms of Regulation 26 of the Municipal Budget and Reporting Regulations.
In terms of Section 21A of the Municipal Systems Act, 2000 (Act no. 32 of 2000), the Prince Albert Municipality hereby notifies the local community that the Council Resolution, and all other relevant budget documentation may be inspected during office hours at the municipal offices and libraries. The approved document is also available on the municipality’s website (www.pamun.gov.za). The municipal offices and libraries where the documents will be placed are as follow:
Municipal Finance Offices, Adderley Street, Prince Albert;
Municipal Administration Offices, Church Street, Prince Albert;
Library, Church Street, Prince Albert;
Library, Bloekom Street, Klaarstroom; and
Library, Gompou Street, Leeu-Gamka.
