General Valuation Roll: 2017 - 2022
Notice is hereby given in terms of Section 49(1) of the Local Government Property Rates Act 2004, Act 6 of 2004, herein after called the “Act” that the General Valuation Roll 2017 - 2022 is open for inspection at the Municipal Offices of Prince Albert Municipality in Klaarstroom, Leeu Gamka and Prince Albert from 24 March 2017 to 28 April 2017. Objections on the prescribed forms must be submitted to Shirley Windvool at Church Street Prince Albert on or before 28 April 2017. Queries can be directed to Ms Windvool at tel (023) 5411014 / 36 during normal office hours.
